The Managing Director of PT. Britoil Offshore Indonesia is a Master Mariner and has over 45 years of experience in the marine industry. Over 27 years of this experience has been gained in the offshore oil and gas industry. For a number of years, the Managing Director worked for a major oil company in charge of their fleet of vessels in east Kalimantan (Indonesia) before moving to Singapore and eventually setting up Britoil Offshore Services Pte Ltd in 1985 and PT. Britoil Offshore Indonesia in 1999.
The Director is a Chartered Engineer and has received an MBA with distinction and has worked in a project management role for over 8 years prior to joining Britoil. The Director has been with Britoil since 1997.
The General Manager has more than 40 years of experience in the heavy construction and engineering industry, primarily oil and gas related, the last 22 years of which being in project management. The General Manager has been with Britoil since 2004 and he is now responsible for overseeing all aspects of the shipyard's operations.
The Shipyard Manager has over 30 years of experience in the shipbuilding industry and has been with Britoil since 1999. The Shipyard Manager is responsible for the daily operation of the shipyard.
The Technical Manager has over 28 years of experience in the shipbuilding industry and takes responsibility for all technical aspects associated with the design of all vessels constructed at the shipyard. The Technical Manager has been with Britoil since 1985 and leads a team of in-house engineers who are engaged mainly in the design work of all our new constructions.
